Company Overview

ISI, Ltd. ("ISI") is a global sports gaming and entertainment network that uses kiosks (the iSports Stand ™ ) to allow its customers to access legal sports gaming opportunities and to obtain the latest in sports information and make sports related purchases. The iSports Stands are linked through a secure, closed end intranet system within each individual jurisdiction.

The iSports Stand consists of two proprietary software pieces:

• The Sports Wagering Application
• The AdCaster ™ Advertising Application

The Sports Wagering Application

The Sports Wagering Application allows bettors to make wagers on sporting events without the assistance of a Sports Book ticket writer.

The AdCaster Advertising Application

The AdCaster Advertising Application allows advertisers to promote their products and services to users of the iSports Stand. In addition, the AdCaster provides the following services:

• Sporting event scores, schedules, weather and injuries
• Golf reservations for select courses
• Sports Fantasy Leagues and/or in-house contests and promotions
• Show, event, and excursion ticketing

ISI also maintains subsidiary companies in the Caribbean Islands (ISI Caribbean & Maritime) as well as the United Kingdom (ISI, UK).
